The chat in the sales office here at THESITEBOX.COM frequently turns to food and with the current sunshine that we are enjoying the subject of the weekend barbecue keeps popping up. We have been sharing recipies, trying to best each other in the taste stakes and trying to come up with alternatives to the usual burgers and sausages. My personal favourite at the moment is the stuffed mushroom and butter soaked corn on the cob and Phil and Dave have come up with a very tasty home made burger with a twist. Some slightly heated words were exchanged while we tried to settle which was better, the charcoal barbecue or the gas barbecue. Eventually, we decided that each has their merits.
